Negotiated and sourced intellectual property from universities and research institutions such as the University of Washington, The Heart Institute of Spokane and Mayo Clinic.  Licensed these technologies into pharmaceutical firms and young business ventures.

 Developed the Microsoft Excel rNPV biotech valuation model for drugs in the development pipeline.  The model was published in Nature Biotechnology Journal and presented at the ASTP conference in Prague, Czech Republic in May of 2002.  The rNPV model is currently the leading valuation tool used on the biotech industry for drugs in the development pipeline. 

 Developed the Programmed Commercialization model and methodology for commercializing technologies originating from research institutions.  This is a program that provides a platform for business graduates and undergraduates to participate in commercializing even the most sophisticated of scientific technologies without having an in-depth knowledge of the science itself.  Proofed this program at the University of Idaho with an undergraduate law student over a summer semester.  Also developed valuation tools for tech-based companies and medical devices.
